Schedule Your Visit
We'll arrange a convenient time for our qualified engineers to visit your property. Assessments typically take 2-4 hours depending on the property size and type of assessment.
Professional Assessment
Our Gas Safe and NICEIC registered engineers carry out a thorough inspection of your property's gas and/or electrical systems, testing all appliances, installations, and safety devices.
Receive Your SafeKey™ Rating
You'll receive a comprehensive report with your SafeKey™ traffic light rating — Green, Amber, or Red. The report includes detailed findings, recommendations, and any required actions.

Our easy-to-understand traffic light system gives you a clear picture of your property's safety status at a glance.
Green — Suitable for Continued Use
No immediate safety concerns identified.
Action: No action needed.
Amber — Improvements Recommended
The installation appears generally safe but upgrades or improvements may be advisable.
Action: Consider scheduling improvements.
Red — Action Required
Safety defects have been identified and should be addressed
Action: Immediately fix the Safety Issues.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an assessment take?
A typical gas or electrical assessment takes 2-3 hours. A full combined assessment usually takes 3-4 hours, depending on the property size.
Do I need to be at the property?
Someone over the age of 18 needs to be present during the assessment to provide access and answer any questions about the property.
How quickly will I receive my report?
You'll receive your SafeKey™ report within 48 hours of the assessment, including your traffic light rating and detailed recommendations.
Are your engineers qualified?
All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and NICEIC accredited with extensive experience in residential and commercial property safety.
